These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wefluens Onboarding Training site at training.wefluens.com (the “Service”), operated by Wefluens (“Wefluens,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Service or submitting feedback through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. The service2. 服务内容
The Service is an internal, browser-based onboarding course. It presents learning modules (company background, influencer-marketing fundamentals, our business model, internal tools, and an AI/productivity module), a self-scored knowledge quiz, a feedback panel, and links out to an enrollment form and a live-Q&A booking. It is provided for training purposes only and is not a public product. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time.本服务是一套在浏览器内运行的内部入职课程。它提供学习模块（公司背景、网红营销基础、业务模式、内部工具，以及 AI/效率模块）、一组自动评分的知识测验、一个反馈面板，并外链到报名表单与现场 Q&A 预约。本服务仅供培训用途，并非面向公众的产品。我们可随时新增、修改或移除内容与功能。
3. Eligibility & access3. 资格与访问权限
The Service is intended for Wefluens team members and incoming hires, aged 18 or older. Access may be provided to you for the purpose of onboarding and is not transferable. You are responsible for using the Service in line with any internal policies that apply to you.本服务面向年满 18 周岁的 Wefluens 团队成员及即将入职者。所授予的访问权限用于入职培训目的，且不可转让。你须按适用于你的任何内部政策使用本服务。
4. Acceptable use4. 可接受使用
You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through the feedback panel; upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the Service’s security; scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; share access or non-public training material outside Wefluens without authorization; or use the Service for any purpose other than your own onboarding and feedback. Image attachments you upload must be genuine screenshots relevant to your feedback and must not contain unlawful or infringing content.你同意不得：通过反馈面板提交虚假、误导或违法内容；上传恶意程序或试图干扰、探测或绕过本服务的安全机制；抓取、使其过载或对本服务进行逆向工程；未经授权将访问权限或非公开培训资料分享到 Wefluens 之外；或将本服务用于你自身入职培训与反馈以外的任何目的。你上传的图片附件须为与反馈相关的真实截图，且不得包含违法或侵权内容。
5. Feedback & content you submit5. 你提交的反馈与内容
When you send feedback or upload a screenshot, you grant Wefluens a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and act on that content for the purpose of operating and improving onboarding and the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to share what you submit and that it does not violate anyone’s rights. We may use suggestions and feedback to improve our products and processes without obligation or compensation to you.当你发送反馈或上传截图时，你授予 Wefluens 一项非排他、全球范围、免特许权使用费的许可，以按隐私政策所述，为运营与改进入职流程及本服务之目的使用、存储、复制并处理该内容。你声明你有权分享所提交的内容，且其不侵犯任何人的权利。我们可使用你的建议与反馈来改进我们的产品与流程，对此无须向你承担义务或支付报酬。
6. Intellectual property6. 知识产权
The Service, including its design, text, training materials, and underlying software, and the Wefluens name and logo, are owned by Wefluens or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. The training content is confidential to Wefluens. These Terms grant you no right to copy, modify, distribute, or publicly share the Service or its materials except as needed to complete your onboarding.本服务（包括其设计、文本、培训资料与底层软件）以及 Wefluens 名称与标识，归 Wefluens 或其许可方所有，受知识产权法保护。培训内容对 Wefluens 而言属于机密。除完成你的入职培训所需外，本条款不授予你复制、修改、分发或公开分享本服务或其资料的任何权利。
7. Third-party services7. 第三方服务
The Service relies on and links to third-party providers, including Supabase (feedback database & file storage), Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and security), Lark / Feishu (embedded enrollment form and docs), HubSpot (live-Q&A booking), and Google Fonts (web fonts). Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Training content is for general onboarding information only and may be updated, simplified, or superseded; it does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wefluens and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用本服务所致的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、收入或利润损失，Wefluens 及其关联方概不负责。我们就与本服务相关的任何索赔所负的全部责任，不超过一百美元（US$100）。

11. Termination11. 终止
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected misuse or when your relationship with Wefluens ends.
