Wefluens (“Wefluens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Wefluens Onboarding Training site at training.wefluens.com — an internal, browser-based learning module that walks new team members through the company, influencer-marketing fundamentals, our business model, internal tools, and a short knowledge quiz. This Privacy Policy explains what the Training site collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. The Training site is intentionally light on data. It does not ask you to create an account or log in to read the material, and most of what you do stays in your own browser.本培训网站刻意保持极简的数据收集。阅读培训内容无需注册或登录账号，你的大部分操作都只保留在你自己的浏览器中。

• Feedback you submit — when you use the “feedback” panel to send a request, suggestion, or bug report, we collect the feedback type, the subject/details text you write, your interface language, and any image attachments (screenshots) you choose to add. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: our legitimate interests in onboarding our people, operating and securing the site, and improving it; your consent, which you give by choosing to submit feedback or to enter information into the embedded enrollment/booking tools (you may withdraw it at any time); and compliance with law. • Service providers who process data on our behalf, including: Supabase (database & file storage for the feedback you submit and any screenshots); Amazon Web Services (EC2) and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and security for training.wefluens.com); Lark / Feishu (the embedded enrollment form and internal docs); HubSpot (the live-Q&A meeting booking); and Google Fonts (web-font delivery). Feedback you submit (and any attached screenshots) is kept for as long as needed to act on it and to improve onboarding, and for our legitimate business and record-keeping purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. Preferences and progress held in your browser’s local storage remain until you clear them. We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting feedback data to staff who need it, and use of a managed backend (Supabase) and a security/CDN layer (Cloudflare). The device identifier we store is a one-way hash, not your raw device details. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers. You can also clear theme/progress data yourself at any time via your browser. To exercise these rights, email privacy@wefluens.com. The Training site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your theme preference and to track your progress and quiz state on your device. Embedded third parties (Lark, HubSpot) and our security/CDN provider (Cloudflare) may set their own cookies that are strictly necessary for those features and for security.
